Type of information
The information we collect is of two types: information which you personally provide, such as via a web form, account details or personal communications (“User-Provided Data”) or which is automatically collected, such as information sent by your web browser or our application (“App Data”).
Neurofy will use User-Provided Data only for the purpose for which you have provided it, as specified in the applicable web page, application screen, or other medium of communication.
Minors (people under the age of 18 in most jurisdictions) must obtain the consent of their parent or guardian before providing any personal information.
Neurofy will use App Data for the purposes above and for other purposes relating to the business of the company, such as (but not limited to) understanding how users make use of our experiences, evaluating and improving our technology, etc.
Neurofy does not generally share any personal information and uses appropriate security and technology measures to protect your information. Exceptions and details are listed below.
Neurofy collects and stores User-Provided Data only as that information is explicitly provided or approved by the user. For example, if you send us an email, we collect the email address and content of that email. Similarly, if you fill out a web form, we collect the information you provide on that form.
Except for purposes of billing (see below), any payment information, such as credit card, billing or similar information will be treated as User-Provided Data.
Neurofy collects App Data from your web browser and from your use of our Experiences, which is likely to include some or all of the following: the IP address, current status, technical characteristics of your device, your use of our program (including performance data, your viewing direction, test scores and other user behavior) and software. These are examples of the information we may collect; we may collect additional information as our content, software, or analytics develop.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Please also make sure you have the property rights to upload the media.
Contact forms are available. They only are provided to enable you to communicate with us. For example, to ask us for support. The emails or messages you send are kept in our archive for future reference. The email adresses and other personal data are stored with it, as is the habit (We keep it in our email program and backups of our systems) but it’s not included in a mailing list, nor is it transmitted by us to a third party. We do use captcha form protection to avoid spam.
